I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years, and I have had the privilege of working in some of the premier hunting lodges in the world. I have honed my skills in various cuisines, and I bring that experience to every dish I create for my clients.  Most recently I served as the Executive Chef at the historic Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa.

As a personal chef, I offer a range of services, including meal planning, in-home cooking, and catering. I work closely with my clients to create customized menus tailored to their tastes and preferences. Whether you need a week's worth of meals or a special dinner party, I've got you covered.

I believe that food is communion, a way for us to come together and to connect with one another. The time spent gathered around the table is a sacred space, and as a chef, the most important aspect of my craft is the nourishment of the heart through bringing friends and loved ones together to dine and be present with each other.
